2011 Teen Fall Programs @ South Regional Library

Young Adult Advisory Council
Log Volunteer Hours for Your Resume and/or College Applications for Every Meeting or Event You Attend!

Meetings begin at 5:00 PM.

Teens who join the YAAC can look forward to participating in the
following programs this fall: Tween Scene Programs, Thanksgiving Food Drive, Deck the Halls of Your Library, and the Family Open House.

Teen Book Club: It’s Not Your Mother’s Book Club
A teen book club dedicated to good food, fun, and great books.

Each month teens will gather to discuss the month’s book. The first ten teens to sign up each month will get a free copy of the upcoming book to be discussed.

Meetings begin at 5:00 PM.

September's selection is the Fallen: Book One by Thomas E. Sniegoski
October's selection is Ship Breaker by Paul Bacigalupi

September 15th October 20th November 17th December 15th


Teen Anime Club
This club is dedicated to all things anime and manga.
Each month teens will gather and discuss some of their favorite anime series and manga.

Meetings begin at 5:00 PM, except for November 17th which begins at 6:00 PM, due to the Thanksgiving Holiday.

September 22nd October 27th November 17th December 29th

All programs listed above are open to teens 13-17.
